It's McDonald's!! Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's inedible! Just being honest here, this place is to be avoided in the summer when all the workers that don't speak English hit the beach.
I hate to write such a bad review, but the staff at this McDonald’s are just horrible. They do not understand the concept of customer service. They are rude and frequently screw my orders up. I am done giving this sad excuse of a fast food restaurant business. I think manners and customer service need to be the top priority when training people here because they clearly do not get it.
The last several visits, the drive-thru line has been unbelievably slow. This morning there was only one person working the whole front and drive-thru. Management needs to take a close look at the schedule. Will start going to the new McDonalds on Rt. 50
I stopped going to this store last year because management and staff were very unprofessional and argued in front of customers. The place was usually clean but half the time my food would be cold because they were too buys arguing in the ranks. I had to go by there today for a meeting and a manager and cook were bickering instead of the manager taking my order when she saw me standing there. The whole soda and condiment counter area were wet and trash all over. Didn't look like anyone had been out from behind the counter to clean for several hours. At least my food was warm this trip. I won't be back to this store.
Sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Ordered a double cheeseburger med strawberry shake and small fry. Paid for my meal and never got a receipt. I received a mcdouble small shake and medium fry. The kid was holding complete conversations with driver's. I said something to the manger and all I got was " sorry" and walked away called when I saw my order at home and all I got was "sorry" and hung up on. I should have gone to the rt 50 McDonald's even though it was out of our way. We will never go back to that particular store ever AGAIN
