Purchased two of their expensive chargers for my android devices at $35.00 a piece. Told me it's one year warranty.. One broke so I brought it back, after looking it it the associate asked when I purchased it and even looked up my info. After seeing that I was in the system he then made the comment, "Sorry it's not under warranty because it's broken", what??? It's warranty. Bad business and will never shop or recommend ever again. I will turn everyone away from this place.
Very rude! Wouldn't even put my screen cover on for me. Even tho there wasn't a soul in the store. He was reading. I've been to Verizon 3 times in the past and never had a problem. Not here.. Do not go here unless you HAVE to. Rude and unfriendly. Go to the one down the road in west OC.
